استفاده از خدمات Golden Bridge Tour s.r.l.s به معنای پذیرش کامل شرایط زیر است.
رزرو تور:
تمامی رزروها پس از تأیید نهایی و هماهنگی انجام میشود. مسئولیت ارائه اطلاعات صحیح بر عهده مسافر است.
پرداخت:
شرایط پرداخت بسته به نوع تور متفاوت است و در زمان رزرو به اطلاع مشتری میرسد.
کنسلی:
در صورت لغو تور توسط مسافر، ممکن است بسته به زمان کنسلی، هزینهای به عنوان جریمه در نظر گرفته شود.
تغییر برنامه:
در برخی موارد، برنامه تور ممکن است به دلیل شرایط خارج از کنترل (مانند آبوهوا یا شرایط محلی) تغییر کند.
مسئولیتها:
ما تلاش میکنیم بهترین خدمات را ارائه دهیم، اما مسئولیتی در قبال تأخیرها، مشکلات حملونقل یا شرایط خارج از کنترل نداریم.
بیمه و مدارک:
مسافر مسئول تهیه مدارک لازم برای سفر و بررسی شرایط ورود به کشور مقصد است.
ارتباط:
برای هماهنگی و پشتیبانی، ارتباط از طریق واتساپ، و یا ایمیل انجام میشود.

Terms and Conditions of Use
Using the services of Golden Bridge Tour s.r.l.s means full acceptance of the following conditions.
Tour Reservation:
All reservations are made after final confirmation and coordination. The traveler is responsible for providing correct information.
Payment:
Payment terms vary depending on the type of tour and are communicated to the customer at the time of booking.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation by the traveler, a fee may be charged as a penalty depending on the time of cancellation.
Program Change:
In some cases, the tour program may change due to circumstances beyond their control (such as weather or local conditions).
Responsibilities:
We strive to provide the best service, but we are not responsible for delays, transportation problems or circumstances beyond their control.
Insurance and Documents:
The traveler is responsible for preparing the necessary documents for travel and checking the entry requirements of the destination country.
Communication:
For coordination and support, communication is done via WhatsApp or email.
